Fernando R. Pizarro, 57, who was last listed as homeless has been named as the victim in the crash near Traveler Street and Frontage Road just after 10 a.m., State Police said.

Investigators say Pizzaro was maneuvering his wheelchair "in and around" stopped cars at the intersection when the light turned green and a Boston Sand and Gravel cement truck ran over him.

The driver of the truck, a 53-year-old Medford man, remained at the scene and has cooperated with investigators. The truck was towed to a police facility for further investigation.

The driver did not show any signs of impairment or distraction, and he was tested for drugs and alcohol.

No charges have been filed.
